We are so sorry that we are, at present, unable to offer our popular 2 day training course Effective Supervision Skills as an open course. This is due to the ongoing difficulties in the economy, and like many of the organisations we have worked alongside, we too have to make unwanted changes in the way that we operate.

We are a small training provider and have so enjoyed being able to provide our training in your locality for nearly 17 years but we simply do not have the finances to sustain the marketing to run the training in over 20 different venues across the country. Attendance over the last 18 months has inevitably been hit and miss, resulting in us having to cancel far too many times, thereby disappointing those people who were able to book a place.

However, our flag ship training Effective Supervision Skills is very highly regarded with a proven track record and we are proud of having made such a positive and ongoing difference in the way that supervision is both provided and managed across the public, community and voluntary sector.

Because of this excellent reputation we can still continue to provide Supervision Skills training for you at your own venue.

If your own organisation does not have quite enough people at the same time who require this particular training then please do think about getting together with other organisations or similarly placed groups in your area. This not only helps to share costs but also promotes best working practice.
